so, i just found out from here that effectively immediately, the state of maryland will recognize same-sex marriages from elsewhere. maybe i’ll stay in maryland after all? this is monumental, especially considering how much of the state is still extremely conservative.
i guess i just have to find someone to marry before i can take advantage of this right.

kinda lame this week - it was very scripted and not as exciting as a regular episode.
so you know how i made that list earlier today? it’s 9:20 and i haven’t done half the things on that list. seriously, where is my focus? ugh.

so, i’m expecting a birthday tomorrow and i’d like to take this time to reflect on everything i have accomplished / experienced in the past year.
001. moved out of an unhealthy environment ( i love my friends, but that situation was not good )
002. paid off quite a bit of debt.
003. connected with my family.
004. learned more about my strengths and weaknesses.
005. started pursuing my dreams.
what can i say, it has been a very productive year.
can’t wait to celebrate making it through another year with some of my favorite people.
sometimes, i’m a creeptoid and i take pictures underneath the sofa.
yes, i find the simple pleasures in life such as dust bunnies and photography appealing in boredom.
